Appointed as Vice Minister for Petroleum and Energy (National Gazette No.714) on 12/09/22 and Appointed Citizenship Matters Chair under the Marape-Rosso cabinet, a shuffle in the cabinet saw him appointed as Minister for Energy on the 9th of July 2024, 1st term in this Parliament.
