The main function of the Catering Division is to provide and serve food and beverages to Members of Parliament, and their staff and Parliamentary Service staff

The Catering Division manages the following rooms and facilities:

• Members’ Bar and Lounge
• Members’ Dining Room
• State Function Room
• Strangers’ Bar (Members/ Guest Bar)
• Members’ Snooker Room, Squash Courts & Gymnasium
• Cafeteria (Members’ Guest/Staff)
• Private Dining Room (VIP)
• Theatrette/Sauna

Members of Parliament may see the Director-Catering Services to arrange for the use of these facilities or to arrange for Private Functions (luncheon/dinner) in the Dining Rooms or the State Function Room,

in accordance with the National Parliament Committee's guidelines on their use.

Members requiring credit facilities in the Refreshment Rooms may also make appropriate arrangements with the Director.

Functions

• Provide and serve food and beverages to members of Parliament, their staff and Parliamentary Service staff and other visitors.
• Provide kitchen services for Member's of Parliament and Parliamentary Service staff.
• Cater for office-related functions including the management of funds generated and Trust Account through its Administration Section.
• Provide recreational facilities for Member's of Parliament and Parliamentary Service staff.
