Current: Re-elected to the 10th National Parliament for the Jiwaka Provincial seat in the 2017 General Elections as a Peoples Progress Party Candidate, Appointed Member of the Appointments and Public Accounts Permanent Parliamentary Committees under the Marape-Steven Government, 2nd Term in this Parliament.
Past: First elected to the 9th National Parliament for the Jiwaka Provincial seat in the 2012 General Elections as a New Generation Party candidate. Foundation Governor for Jiwaka Province. Elected Parliamentary Leader of New Generation Party replacing Bart Philemon, on 21/8/2012. Appointed Member of the Broadcasting of Parliamentary Proceedings Committee and Public Accounts Committee in August 2012 under the O'Neill-Abel Government.
Religion: Christianity-Evangelical Brotherhood Church (EBC)
Primary Education: Completed his Primary Education at Kugark Primary School, (1980-1985)
Secondary Education: Completed his Secondary Education at Keravat National High School, (1990-1991)
Tertiary Education: Completed his Tertiary Education at Lae University of Technology (1992-1995), Tohoku University and Akita University, Japan
Achievements: Holds a PhD in mineral and energy resources engineering from the Tohoku University, Japan and post doctoral qualifications from Akita University, Japan
Community Interests: Youth, Sports, Women Programme Development.
Last Occupation Prior to Elections: Taught masters and doctoral programmes at the Akita University
