Current: Re-elected to the 10th National Parliament as Governor for Bougainville Province, Committee to the following Parliamentary Committees: the Culture & Tourism, Foreign Affairs & Defense and the Bi-Partisan Committee on Bougainville Affairs in the Marape-Steven Government, 2nd Term in this Parliament.
Past: First elected to the 9th National Parliament for the Bougainville Provincial seat in the 2012 General Elections as a United Resource Party Candidate. Appointed member of the Plans and Estimates Committee from August 2012 till appointed as Minister for Bougainville Affairs on 08/04/16. Governor for Bougainville Province 2012-2017.
Primary Education: Completed his Primary Education from Haisi Primary School in 1970
Secondary Education: Completed his Secondary Education from St Joseph's High School, Grade 10 in 1974
Tertiary Education: Completed his Tertiary Education from the University of Papua New Guinea (1996-1998), then Macquarie University (1988-1989)
Achievements: Obtained a Masters in Education Degree from University of Papua New Guinea in 1998, then a Bachelor in Education Degree from the Macquarie University in 1989 (a joint programme between University of Papua New Guinea & Sydney.
