The Information Support Division (ISD) comprises the Library, Information Technology Unit and Switchboard.

The ISD maintains an efficient and effective information storage and retrieval system and acts as a documentation centre for information, research and educational use by Members of Parliament, their electoral staff, Parliamentary committees, and staff of the Parliamentary Service. The ISD also conducts research on subjects required by Parliament and Members.
